Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-5 business days, including Saturday. Most orders made before 3pm Monday-Friday will ship same day. Otherwise, you can expect the shipment to go out on the following business day.
Orders made on Saturdays by 1pm will ship same day, anything later will be shipped on the following Monday.
No shipments will occur on Sundays or major holidays (ie. Easter, the 4th of July, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years Eve/Day) .
In the event we are experiencing a high volume or orders, and a delay is expected, we will email you directly, using the email provided by you on your account profile. If you do not give us the correct email, we will not be able to communicate with you. Please make sure to double check that the email on your account is both correct and current. Thank you!
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed in your cart at check out. Shipping rates are calculated live.

Customs, duties, and taxes
Prosper For Health, LLC. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Prosper For Health, LLC. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
Prosper For Health, LLC. currently ships to the United Kingdom and Canada. Please note that there may be additional fees for international packages.

Returns may be accepted within 30 days of purchase. We can only accept the return of products that are unopened and in new condition. Because of the nature of the product, we cannot accept opened or used products. Thank you for your understanding.
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. To start the return process please email us at the address provided below, with the following information: Full name and invoice number, as well as the items you wish to return and why. A return usually takes from 2-5 business days. If you do not receive your refund in this time please email support and let us know.
